Schwabe has an opening for a full-time associate to support the core tax transactional, tax planning, and tax controversy services in the Portland office with our Tax Group. The idea candidate will have:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong client service ethics
Demonstrated interest in the field of tax law
Oregon State Bar admission or immediate eligibility for reciprocity (required)
J.D. degree from an accredited law school (required)
LLM degree in taxation or CPA license (strongly preferred)
Washington State Bar admission (considered a plus)
